I almost put a 10, but that means no room for improvement, and I could think of a couple of things that would make me happy. 1. Either offer deals I can use, like a discount on several massages packet, ( I'm not interested in a facial) and why a 50 minute massage rather than 60? I found that odd. And also, first time customers like me would appreciate a tour of all you have to offer. Show me where and who does the facial/pedicures, etc. REST gave me a tour, and I was impressed and purchased services that I wouldn't have otherwise.
