I did not have an appointment and they were so accommodating the nail tech rearranged her schedule for me. It was such a pleasant experience she was very nice.The spa is very welcoming/ relaxing. The woman who greeted me was so kind the lady who checked me out was also so nice. I appreciated the experience!!
