I dont really like how you accept the gratuity. I think we used to put it in a envelope. I didn't appreciate giving it to someone that might not pass on the whole amount or her watching me count out the cash. I also thought there were a few too many people wanting me to add on services and buy products. The facial was great, but I don't appreciate all the extra pressure.

The facial was great! I'm planning on treating my mother to one. Caitlin explained what she was doing. The environment was relaxing. All of the staff were friendly. I had a great experience!
