The class was incredibly instructive. I loved how welcomed I felt (I’m super new to yoga). The facility was beautiful! There was just a general kind of peace in the room that really captured my attention. I felt present because the instructor was constantly reminding me to breathe and trust my body. 10/10

Saba is an excellent guide - her joy, humor, ease, and experience fuse for an enjoyable class. Couple's yoga was an incredible idea and thoughtful experience. From the introductions, poses, verbal guiding, and moments created, it was a night of joy and love. Thank you for a great date night of learning and love!
