As a practicing yogini for 16 years, I appreciate the variety of different yoga traditions that your classes (and teachers) represent. As someone who has practiced yoga in this area, I have run into many of my former teachers in the classes and workshops at Abhyaasa. In that way it feels like my yoga home.... and the new teachers that I have met are all as wonderful! Despite my practice over the years I always learn something new from my teachers- which is much appreciated. Namaste! 🙏
