The teachers are first rate. Claudine is fantastic, she puts so much time into preparation for each practice that I really enjoy. I have enjoyed all the teachers from B.J.,Charisse, Jen and Saba. Thank you for asking!

I booked a private session on the morning of my wedding. Our class was made up of 10 close friends and family members and Sarah led the class. She was wonderful.. just the right mix of everything. I left the class feeling refreshed and peaceful. The studio is beautiful, customer service is exceptional and everyone is so nice. I have some very special memories there from past sessions I attended with my cousin Kathy who has since passed away. We all felt her spirit with us that morning ❤️ Thank you Abyhassa

Actually I would give Abhyaasa at least a 12, but the program wouldn't let me. I love the caring atmosphere and appreciate the teachers who truly live their yoga on and off the mat.

Valerie always changes up her Tuesday night vinyasa--I don't think I've ever taken the same class twice! However, she's very good about revisiting postures you've explored with her in the past, and seeing your progress makes you keep coming back for more. 11/10, would flow again!

Great teachers, schedule works for me, clean space. However, I won't be able to afford another large monthly membership increase again.
