I've been a client at AB3 wax spa for three years now. I had my eyebrows done the micro blading technique. Alba is super sweet she always does a great job and takes her time. After three years I finally did my eyeliner. I was always a bit nervous Alba made me feel comfortable and I was less nervous . I Was very satisfied afterwards.

I don't think I can emphasise how displeased I am with my experience at AB3 Wax Spa Specialists and I implore you to read my whole review before ever considering paying for a service here. I got a Groupon deal for their eyebrow microblading service, which something I've been wanting to do for some time now.

First and foremost, my beautician, Alba, made me wait 40 minutes later than my scheduled appointment because she had forgotten I had been scheduled in... after driving over 30 minutes to get there. When I finally did get in the chair, she made me wait an additional 30 minutes as she picked what music she wanted to listen to, and chit chatted with her girl friends. Then, without discussing a thing, Alba proceeds to start fussing with my eyebrows. Now this being my first time, I thought she was drawing on a recommended shape for me to approve before beginning, however when I asked her, she told me she was microblading! She didn't ask me what I wanted, she didn't even draw on my eyebrows first, she was free-handing this tattoo on my face. During this whole procedure, she spent more time interested in the contents of her phone messages than she did on whether I was pleased or not. When I tried to ask her to fix certain areas, she essentially shooed me out the door for her next client. I'm now stuck with wonky eyebrows and a 10-day healing period whereupon, rather than apologising for the poor service, the salon told me they could do a touchup for an additional $50. That's 1/3 the price I paid for the procedure itself. Do not waste your time and money and precious face at this horrible location.

This business rates 0 STARS but yelp won't accept a review without the rating!! I bought a groupon for permanent eyeliner for upper and lower lids. The technician told me she has been doing permanent makeup for many years so I trusted her. She did a horrible job! The upper lids look like nothing was ever done and the lower lids look smeared. I am probably going to have to pay someone to remove and/or fix this mess!

The owner is awesome!! Takes her time on doing the job correctly!! She is a super sweet and kind person!! I was there when a rude client came in,and has added her 2 cents a few comments under,claiming the owner was rude first i totally disagree,from the moment she walked in she had attitude she claimed that the owner was being rude etc because i was her "friend"; an assumption,i am a loyal client that is all and she demanded to be taken care of right away and the owner was nice enough to accommodate her, i didn't mind waiting because i have been going to her for years for my waxing and she is well worth it and wouldn't trade her for anybody else and i'd wait for her as long as i have too. The lady's eyebrows looked fine to me Btw & When you think you're vip and above everybody else you are the one that comes off rude!! So what if the person before you was a few mins late, the owner wants to make everyone happy and give them the best service they are paying for and for it to be done right. I personally would never act like that in any type of business it's rude and uncalled for and you are the one that looks bad!! The owner has plenty of loyal clients for a reason;she is great at her job!! I personally recommend her to everybody!! I drive from miami because she is just that damn good and worth it.
