• The massage was wonderful. The staff courteous. We had mentioned that we want lunch on the patio when finished with our massage but there was no follow up. I felt that you let money walk out the door by not being on top of that. Staff should have provided a menu while we were sitting in lounge area and ready when we finished our massage. This would have made the day perfect.

• Beautiful hotel. We stay here everytime we are in town to take care of our business www.LondonBoatRental.com in Alamitos Bay. In fact, the valet guys know us now and they are so nice especially to my toddler. We love everything about it. We love the decor, the pool, proximity to the beach, Tanner's restaurant etc. The only complain we have are the beds. They are not really comfortable. Other than that, everything is great.

• Every employee we encountered was over the top friendly and provided the upmost in service. We had a couples massage done in the spa and we were amazed by the amenities and the level of the massage. This was my first time experiencing heated massage tables and they were awesome! We would highly recommend this resort to our friends and we will be back!
