It's a extremely great, really clean facility and the trainers Jacky, Audra and Charlie are very qualified in their area of expertise. It's a really welcoming place whatever your level of fitness. I am an older woman with some health issues and areas of need I am getting stronger in. But I brought my son by last week which was visiting from Utah who is 30, a federal smoke jumper and extremely fit. He was very impressed by the equipment and loved his workout and the helpful tips from Jacky.
