• I scheduled a consultation with Kristy at the Burlington Spa for Cool Sculpting. Kristy was very knowledgeable about the procedure including the science behind Cool Sculpting. Kristy explained that she went to the Cool Sculpting University to get advanced training on the procedure. She was highly professional and answered all my questions. She offered me the opportunity to begin the process that day. She also offered me the opportunity to think it over if I was not 100% comfortable. Based on her knowledge and caring attitude, I chose to begin treatment that day. During the procedure she came into the treatment room to assess how I was doing on a frequent basis. She even helped me set up the free WIFI on my computer. I could continue to work while getting treated. She thoroughly explained what to except post treatment . I am excited to see the results!! I made several calls to the spa with questions prior to the consultation.. All of the front line staff especially Micaela were very professional, polite and caring. I would highly recommend this Medical Spa. Thank you very much!!

• From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave, the experience is exactly what a medical spa experience should be; Welcoming, Pleasant, Relaxing Ambiance, Neat, Clean and A Wonderful Knowledgeable Staff. It feels like you are entering and friends home and you do not want to leave.
