Everyone is so welcoming and warm! Each member is greeted and others are happy to see them! The instructor provided some modifications and slowed down to teach me proper form. I felt so supported!
Melissa was amazing as always. It was my first time back after being sick and it was just want I needed ❤️
I felt comfortable leaving my son in the childcare center and was able to relax and enjoy the workout. I am looking forward to exploring more aspects of the Mom's Village!
