Sam’s sculpt class is awesome! She pushes us to be better each week and is really encouraging.

Carolyn is absolutely fabulous...she somehow manages to make all the pain in my body go away with her yoga classes! I always leave feeling super refreshed. Honorable mention: I always feel SO comfortable and judgement free in this class!
It is SO CLEAN and I was SO impressed with the instructor. She gave me a tour of the whole place and was not only so kind and motivating but i felt super comfortable. I can't wait to come back!!!!
