No nuts, VERY clean, relaxed vibe
A Mom's Village has become part of our routine several days a week. The classes are challenging, instructors helpful and friendly, and the environment is non-judgmental and supportive. When we get to a mom's village I know I'll get a great workout, but just as importantly I know my kids are happy, making new friends, and are being well taken care of in the childcare rooms. They're always greeted by name and with excitement that the childcare staff is happy to see them - which makes my heart happy. We all look forward to coming and I can't think of another place where in one spot my kids can have a blast while I get a great workout or an opportunity to take time for myself to run errands, take a hot shower, get some coffee and enjoy conversation with other moms.

I loved the music class so much, the keyboardist was amazing and the instructor did a great job with the flow and keeping the kids entertained. Even though it was a mixed ages group I felt she did a great job making it appropriate for everyone!
