Convenience of bringing children so I can work out, mommytime, able to have some "me" time. Children are well taken care of and have enrichment classes
I went for Moms Night Out. It's a beautiful facility that gives you a sense of calm as you walk in. I think it screams of 'this is your space, beautiful mama, make yourself at home'. I got a great tour and participated in a super fun fitness class with wonderful instructors. The energy was contagious!
