• Had to wait because the hair dresser was running behind. After 30 minutes I ask receptionist about the problem. She was great and went to ask the hair dresser. I wondered why no one checked until I ask. The receptionist saw me out there for 30 minutes waiting before I had to ask them? Receptionist should be more aware.
