• My granddaughter had a huge bird nest like knot in her hair which got bigger as days progressed. I went to one salon and gal couldn't get it out. We had a dramatic 3 days trying to work on her hair. Kitty did a super job for nearly 2hours. Georgia didn't shed any tears! She was a life saver!

• Ashlyn did a great job, really listened to what I needed. Most salons offer a bottle of water and a head and shoulder massage, so that was why u didn't give a 10. Everything else was great.
