• My massage was a 10 out of 10, but when I went to check out (and I had called ahead to check on this and was assured it was no problem), I had lost my gift card unfortunately, the girl checking me out said, "we're really not supposed to look up gift cards, so next time you'll need to bring it in". I would have been glad to bring the card in if I could find it! I wasn't happy that I lost it and I was given the number for the card, but forgot to bring that with me. I was just a little taken aback by the comment!
