• First, I appreciate the free consultation. Other salons have charged or the consultation came WITH booking. I like that I was able to meet the stylist and talk prior to booking. I really feel confident that she cared and understands what I'm looking for with my hair. And I never felt rushed. Second, I didn't give a score of "10" because I had a 2:15 appt. I got there on time, but as I was in the parking lot, got a call that she would be 15 min. late, which was ok. But she ended up being half an hour late. Nothing I'm bitter about, but as a new client, it does make me nervous and wonder if this normal. It could be that this was a rare event, to be so late. But things happen, and I understand. So overall, that's why I didn't give a perfect score. But I really like Teena and I'm looking forward to my appt with her at the end of the month.
