• The lady at front desk did not escort me to the waiting room and I had like 7 years ago did not visit the place. I saw other people were escort to the room.

• I had to change my $50 pedicure to just a simple pedicure with nail trimming and nail polish, no scrub or lotion or massage and was still charged full $50. Seemed a little pricey. Customer service was great though!
