• I always feel great after an adjustment because I usually am so tight and messed up. But I wish they would give our bodies a few minutes to feel it out and make sure that there isn't anything else that is bothering once you get past the immediate relief. I feel as though 5 minutes to do the entire adjustment and pay and leave is a bit fast because when I get home I notice one or two things even after I let my body do its thing. Now even the day after I feel like I still need an adjustment on a few spots near the area, but other than that I still feel way better I just wish we could have a few minutes to sit and walk around and make sure it's all good, I feel like I'm rushed sometimes even though they are 15 20 minute slots.
