Zoom / live class was very well run with Cory giving us clear instructions with appropriate warnings, hints and tips. Worked well on zoom. Could see and hear clearly. I enjoyed the session and felt so much better afterwards. Thank you!

Clear instructions, playlist sent via Spotify to listen along during class. Informative instructor explained muscles used during poses and effects from particular pose. I will be joining the class again.
