• For the first time in years I'm starting to feel like there's hope. I've had so many symptoms, tiredness, aching, hair loss, irritability, hot flashes, etc. and no one could tell me what was wrong. Just the general "You are going through Menopause! Live with it!" response. Although I have only been on the hormone replacement therapy for a little over a week, I feel better. I'm definitely sleeping better at night. Not waking up three to four times a night and having to throw off the covers and turn the ceiling fan up to high!!
