The instructor, Caroline, is so enjoyable. She demonstrates a balance of encouraging and challenging as well as brings an aura of peace and calming to the practice. She is a great asset to A Better Me studio.

I appreciate the supportive and upbeat hot yoga classes with Mary! She is altogether very welcoming, funny, and lively. Her instructions and guidance are easy to follow, and I feel tremendous benefits from the practice. I love the environment as well, everything is clean and fresh and well-cared for. And the bonus cool washcloth w lavender essential oil at the end of hot yoga just puts it over the top:>)) So glad A Better Me Yoga is in Cookeville!
