Mary was so helpful to me, who is new to yoga and my daughter, who is pregnant. I have only attended one other yoga class, and the instructor did not give any attention to individuals. I felt lost and discouraged. That wasn't the case with Mary.

Loved it! Great playlist, would have loved it sent to me! Nice and quiet, very relaxing and tranquil setting. Loved the flow and how relaxing it was. Really enjoyed the floor work that is easily over looked in bigger classes. Also, the instructor was very hands on and polite. Great class and wish it was offered more than once a week.
