Instructors are friendly and knowledgeable while being passionate about their practices. If early morning classes were offered on the weekends, this place would be perfection!

Great instructor. Relaxing environment and loved the cool lavender towel. Wanted to let you know also that we were confronted by a man near my vehicle who was very crude stating I can't park in that little lot behind your building. Guessing I need to park elsewhere?
