It was my first time going to A Better Me Yoga, and I have not been to a Yoga class in ten plus years. Kathryn the instructor was excellent, great at explaining what she wanted us to do, and you could tell she really cares about giving her clients a great class! Thank you to Better Me Yoga and Kathryn for a amazing first Experience. I will be coming back and making yoga a part of my life!
