• I started with 7 weight loss at 255 Christmas came gained to 265 failed a few times for other reasons now im down 35 lbs from waist 44 to a tight fit 38 im thankful for this program still looking for my continued weight loss no more cheating

• I've been going to 7company now for 4 weeks, iam down 19.6 lbs. The meals i eat work well for me, and never starving. I have more energy and when I come home after work i don't fall asleep until bed time. Before as soon as I sat down i would fall asleep in 15-30min. After i got home. Feeling great.
