• I have tried every type of diet and usually within three months I gain back all of my weight and very frustrating . I never thought that I would be down to the weight I was seven years ago. I still have 15 more pounds to lose. I feel healthier, I sleep better, and look great! I would definitely recommend this diet to everybody.
