• I have been extremely successful with ideal protein. It is a program that teaches you about eating healthy and learning the lifelong skills necessary to maintain a comfortable, healthy weight throughout your life. I feel a sense of calm with food. There are no roller coaster hunger rides anymore. I have more energy and I eat so many more vegetables than I ever have in my life. I am constantly educating myself on good nutrition and have integrated healthy meals into my family meals. This program works. When you see someone that you haven't seen in months and they say "Wow, you look fantastic" it's all worth it.
