I scored a 10 because I brought my 2year old son for a haircut. It was his first time at 5920 and he normally hates getting a haircut but Kaitlyn was able to make him feel so comfortable, I was amazed. It was like a completely different child! No Crying or screaming!! Couldn't have been a better experience! Also she did a fantastic job on my haircut as well. Definitely going to be our regular barbershop from now on!
