Yoga teacher Jan did a great job challenging her students, as well as, assisting me, a beginner with some limited movement.
I recommend you all the time to others when I talk about yoga! I enjoy all the classes and teachers and always get something out of it every time I go.

Amazing teacher and wonderful environment
I love that every class is different. I love that each teacher brings in a new pose or breathing technique or playlist every day. Rachel has opened a beautiful studio with a collection of fantastic teachers and the diversity of ages is incredible, starting with kids yoga up to retirees and beyond. One of my favorite flowers in the garden that is Zanesville.
