Loved the slow flow class with Jody! I especially appreciate her cuing reminders on muscle groups to activate and those to relax throughout the class. Can't wait to practice with her again!

I got the most out of my experience in it being very stimulating yet relaxing and the shaking meditation took me out of my comfort zone but throughly enjoyed it. Great experience. Clean and beautiful facility too!
