The style of yoga taught and practiced at 405 is challenging, but able to be modified for all levels. The owner and other instructors are committed to the growth and improvement of their members. The community is welcoming and kind to new members. And at the moment, for the quality of services delivered, membership at the studio is significantly underpriced. 10.
