The classes are always so fun and challenging. It's different from other yoga studios. Also, I love that the instructors are so helpful and always give variations regardless of which style class it is.

I really love Chris as an instructor. I followed him from balance yoga Barre and I know he personally practices at 405. Since practicing regularly with Chris since Nov I've been able to do half a dozen arm balances and inversions I have never been able to even attempt in the past. He's got the best verbal cues and teaching techniques of any yoga instructor I have ever practiced with
