• I've not been to yoga in at least 10 yrs. Kristin was great. Warm and inviting without being too pushy on the yoga lingo. Sorry, I'm just not sure on how to articulate via text. I liked how it flowed. Although we were at all our own levels, Kristin encouraged going at our own pace and allowing us to feel the movements. I would highly recommend. I'm usually pretty cheap. However, I think this is well worth the price of continuing. Plus, I need to be doing those head stands. Thank you for asking.
