• Would’ve chose 10 but I was in for the In Shape treatment and compared to the same treatment elsewhere, the competition’s treatment produced better effects. Otherwise, Janet was very attentive and she even followed up after the treatment. Will return for other services soon.

• My visit to Elements Wellness Center was inspirational. It was a calming and relaxing place to spend my afternoon. Sitting in the hammocks in the salt room felt cozy, peaceful and cleansing. The UV Sauna and red light therapy felt great on my skin and your staff did a nice job explaining how the system works to detox and rejuvenate cells and collagen. I had never had any cryotherapy before and you prepared me well for the experience of that brief cold exposure. Afterwards, I felt great, energized and kind of amazed by the high-tech systems you have assembled to attend to the body's healing. It's a great tool to know about. Your staff is great. At every opportunity, prior to a therapy, your staff explained what would happen and how it benefited the body. Your center felt like more than a spa. It felt important for health.
