• This was my first time visiting, and it was amazing! I used the infrared sauna with red light therapy, and Silvia, the owner, took extra time to guide me through everything. The space was clean, relaxing, and full of thoughtful touches—like a lavender towel and handmade deodorant after the session. It was definitely a 10/10 experience!
