Love Sophie's follow up messages checking in on you. Also the difference in trainers. Never the same thing when you go to a class also the amount of classes to choose from.

Great place to train and everything is in good order. The trainer was great, but strictly between us i thought he could be more engaging after the session by asking people how they went. I know he is new, nothing against anyone. Just my honest feedback, i could be too critical.
