• Instructor was prepared, her music played without interruption and she seemed very knowledgeable, and credentialed to guide the class properly. I've had other instructors who have received phone calls during class (recco a studio iPhone with a tidal subscription) that regularly interrupts music -- and they don't have an established playlist or vision for the class.

• The new app is great, but that is not why I would recommend 360 to others. 360 is a family...caring, sharing, loving cummunity of women old and young, large and small that all share a common goal...becoming healthy, becoming conscious/intentional even of what that actually means, and striving towards being our best representative of ourselves. I absolutely adore the trainers, the staff, Ashanti the owner and not to mention the best juice bar out there...all in one place. There is nothing like the bond I feel in this gym. Folks actually miss you when you are gone. It's a place of healing, goal conquering and down right satisfaction that hard work breeds results...and if you work hard enough, BIG ONES!! I got abs there and cuts on my arms. 😁
