I really liked everything about my visit. I did not have a mat my first day so they let me borrow one. Everyone was so nice and I really like the location. The class I took was one of my favorites yet!
Dan's early morning class is great.
Its a welcoming environment for all levels.. and even tho most studios say that, you actually are. Classes are catered to all levels And teachers put the poses in my body rather than forcing my body into a pose. Yin on Sundays with Natalie is 10/10 & my favorite. Hands on assists help me get deeper in my practice.
I absolutely love the instructors at 359! Every class I’ve taken over the past year has been amazing!
