It was my first time ever trying such a class. I was apprehensive at first, didn't nail all the techniques, but the instructor and the class members made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Looking forward to my next r class.

This yoga class is so unique. Dawn adds her own flare which makes this class so different. It's more than poses. The music is different. The messages are relatable and seem personal at times. This class makes it ok to just lay and Think, it's a heart-openers, it's relaxing and it's centering.
