• The nail tech I had finished the entire manicure (top coat and everything) without checking with me if I had a french tip addition booked for my manicure (or if I had any additional design booked). I did, but it seems the schedule the person at booking (over the phone) had provided to the nail technician did not include the french tip design (even though that is what I booked over the phone... I was told my appointment would be 90 minutes plus 15 additional minutes for the french tip design). My nail tech seemed annoyed that she had to file down my nail polish and add french tip before I left. Overall she did not talk to me throughout the entire pedi and mani and did not think of apologise or explain anything (about whatever miscommunication might have happened regarding your booking/scheduling people and nail people).
