• Yesterday was the Second time I was not happy with Jays polishing skills. First time she was apprenticing and I'm sorry but I didn't see much of improvement in her skills or social interactions. Why I chose 10 is because your staff both times accommodated me for a redo and both times I was very pleased. I believe May was the first time and Taylor was yesterday. Very happy with the results.
