• Jules is very kind, professional and well skilled in her job. She comes across as very caring. I gave the number 9 because Jules was great at her job ... however through not fault of her own -- I ordered the same colour nail polish as my last visit. Your company did not order enough of the colour nail polish so Jules was trying very hard to get enough nail polish to do my nails. She did have enough polish -- just barely.
