• Wonderful service, I always receive very professional services from the Grand Marais Salon. I recommend their services to everyone. She never disappoints. Her designs are very professional! However, I recently had to go to the Belle River branch as my appointment was cancelled due to illness, I was very disappointed in the level of experience and service I recieved. If I had not been going to the Grand Marais Salon I would never have gone to 2 Waves again. In fact I will not ever go to that Salon again. The yound lady who performed my services was absolutely not eperienced enough to be doing any services. Not only did she not do a good job it took her 2 hours to do a french nail so long that I was not able to get my scheduled pedicure, she did stay to do it but she definitely needs more training. My nails were not cleaned up, cuticles not removed, she filed the polish off my nails for over an hour, never applied any remover and left them bumpy. She had at one point asked her co worker if it was enough and he told her it needed to be smooth. The polish was applied and it was not smooth. I was going on vacation or I wouldn't have stayed for the pedicure.
