• Katie was very well mannered, talkative (which is nice instead of sitting there in silence), and most importantly the lady on the phone didn't tell me that they didn't do acrylics so when I got there and started and realized it wasn't what I wanted, Katie offered to stop but I told her no and she ended up giving me a wonderful manicure that I actually love a lot more than the acrylics. She was also very gentle! Very pleased with Katie's work! 😊
