• I booked appointments for my daughter and I weeks ago but when we arrived there was a mix up and my appointment was lost. Needless to say, I was disappointed but understand that these things sometimes happen. 2 Waves staff (especially Chantelle) whet above and beyond to accommodate me knowing I was leaving for a trip the next morning, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Even though there weren’t enough staff available at the time and they were in the middle of providing training to new staff, they managed to squeeze me in and did a fantastic job! Though I haven’t been in as often as I’d like over the last few years, I am never disappointed with the service. Looking forward to my next visit.
