Our next beginner workshop in Blackheath is on Saturday 6th of April at 12.30pm this is a 2 hour workshop. We have a beginners package, the package includes the 2 hour workshop, followed by a 1 hour class the following week and then 5 reformer credits to use thereafter. This amazing package is just £160, get booking now to reserve your space! In Greenwich we have the workshop over 2 weeks, 1 hour on Thursday 11th April at 7pm and Thursday 18th April at 7pm then if you have the package a class the following week 25th April 7pm then 5 reformer credits to use on a class of your choice. 

We have 45 minute reformer classes for £17 a session at our Blackheath and Greenwich Studios- book today

Monday Evenings at 7pm we have a new Barre and reformer class, this is a mixture of standing exercises and reformer exercises and is open level book today to learn more.
