Mell does a consistently great job of my pedicures with particular care of one problem toe. I never feel rushed. The environment in the salon is restful, and the receptionist is very pleasant and helpful.

Mell continues to demonstrate expertise in how to best care for the health of my nails as well making them look beautiful. She is attentive and personable but does not allow our friendly conversation to interfere with her work. Receptionists are pleasant and helpful. The physical environment is calming and comfortable.

Pros: friendly staff, great variety of colors to choose from.
Cons: This is not a luxe experience. Uncomfortable chair at a long table. The "soakless manicure" style is a disaster. The technician attacked my cuticles with force, and I ended up with bleeding, now inflamed and red cuticles. She was very sweet and concerned when I pointed out that she was hurting me, but the damage was done. The signature manicure is just a manicure. I came because I was given a gift card. I spent the remainder on merchandise because I am never going back. I have never had an experience like this before. Also, there are many places that will provide you with a far more comfortable and luxurious experience if you want a treat.

On positive note, the staff here are so nice and I love how clean and calming this location is.

However, my appointment for Gel Extensions took over 3 hours (with an appointment). I arrived a little before 5:30, they took me in late and I didn't leave until after 8:30.

Regarding the nails and considering the price and time spent, I wasn't incredibly impressed with the result. I had two crooked nails that she tried to file down to appear straight, there was chunky glue left under the tips of my nails and the extensions themselves didn't even last a week before one just entirely popped off randomly (I've had press-ons last longer).

All in all, I spent about $150 dollars for these nails and feel a bit uneasy about it. I'm sure their other services are incredible but definitely wouldn't recommend for Gel Extensions.

Lisa is a delight and did a beautiful job. The space is relaxing and feels luxurious but not pretentious. The quality, attention to detail and total cleanliness are worth the price point. Better value than the high end spas in the area.

I found some who/ a place that does dazzle dry that fits my schedule!! It's called ultra polish here but basically the polish dries within 5 minutes. It is a four step process but it is worth it for at least a manicure. The polish lasts for two weeks or longer for me.

I booked my appointment online and ended up calling the day before to add on a pedicure. What was nice is I had two people working on my nails at the same time. That saved me so much time which was much appreciated.

Overall the service was nice, I was out within an hour. I even had a reserved chair to sit in. They are a waterless nail spa which was unique since not many spas do not do this but it saves the environment. I was hesitant when I read about it before booking but honestly it works with hot towels.

This was my first experience for a pedicure since I have moved to ATX over a year ago, so I was hoping that this would be a good experience. IT WAS AMAZING!!!

I booked the a reservation on Saturday for Sunday at 1:00p online and the whole process was very easy. As I don't know anything about this place, I choose based on reviews not only on Yelp!, but also other resources giving positive reviews.

Bottom line...I will be back! The whole experience was first-rate. While the prices are a bit elevated, in my opinion it's well worth the price. I recieved the Signature Pedicure which included the massage. While I prefer soaking my feet in a hot whirlpool with essential oils, etc., the hot towel wrap experience was nice.

The facility is immaculate! Plus, there were only a couple of other customers present, so no crowd at all. A nice touch is the availability of sipping on some wine as well while going through the over 1 hour experience.

I was taken care of by Lisa. Because she was fantastic, I will be booking in the future with her.

Again, 5's in my book and I will be returing a month from now with Lisa.

Natalie does immaculate manicures every time. And did an IBX treatment to repair damage from an out of town salon.

Great service. Massage didn't feel rushed. Lisa was kind. Just the gentle end to our work day we were needing! No loud screens or music Is also a bonus. Appreciate how hygienic the pedi was too.

Mel was so awesome . She was meticulous, friendly and made my nails beautiful! Had a Mani/Pedi.

After trying another Lacquer on my last visit, I discovered this location was closer to my new hotel. Loved it, really nice inside. I wish all nail salons could have such a cute uplifting atmosphere. My gel manicure was great and opted for a bit of design which came out better than I imagined. Everyone there is super nice and they did not make me wait which I always appreciate! Highly recommend!
