Festive Bliss at Hiatus Spa

I recently treated myself to a pre-Christmas massage at Hiatus Spa, and it was an experience worth raving about. The spa had beautifully decorated its common areas, creating a warm and festive ambiance that immediately put me in the holiday spirit.

The staff at Hiatus Spa deserves special commendation for their friendliness and accommodation. I requested a longer service, and they went out of their way to adjust the schedule to meet my needs. Their customer-centric approach truly enhanced my overall spa experience.

However, I did notice a minor issue in the women's locker room - a few lockers were out of service. While this didn't significantly affect my visit, it's worth mentioning for the spa's attention to detail.

The place was gorgeous, clean and calm. The massage was incredible and I will be coming back.

Beautiful spa. Clean changing rooms with showers and lockers, fully stocked with q-tips, robes and hair dryers. Comfortable lounge area with good lighting and blankets, as well as delicious tea. My facial appointment was with Jason. He was soft-spoken and very kind. Great overall experience.

Came here with a group of 5 for a bachelorette party spa day. They didn't have enough massage therapist for us to all get massages at the same time so we had to split it half at one hour and the other half during the next hour. They did allow everyone to use the serene waiting room to kill time which had some tea/water, magazines, and mood lighting. They also provided us with free champagne. The massage itself was super relaxing & I left feeling amazing. The facility is clean and organized, and I would definitely recommend this spa for anyone in Austin.

I signed up to try the summer special membership - visited for a couple of different services. Found all the staff to be super nice and the facilities were great. Parking is convenient too. I just wish appointments weren't so hard to come by (I'm not good at planning a month in advance).

I don't know why I waited sooo long to start their membership program! You get to choose between a facial, massage, acupuncture or even a mani/pedi!

It's 79 a month and so so worth it.

They make it a very relaxing experience & even have a relaxation room prior to the service you're getting.

I saw Erin & she was so sweet! Made the entire experience so relaxing and wish I could have stayed longer! 60 min was a perfect amount of time.

10/10 recommend everyone getting a membership here!!

This was my first time here and my boyfriend surprised me with a spa package! He literally dropped me off and told me to have the best time!

When I entered the building, the kind gentleman told me Happy Anniversary! This was the reason I was here. I was in for a massage with Kenzie and a facial with Sunshine.

I loved how friendly the staff was! It was awesome to see the robes and slippers as well. They have lots of different size and was super clean. They have two showers and lockers to put your items. There is a lot of space to park in the parking structure in the back.

My massage with Kenzie was great!! She had firm pressure and was super relaxing. I added the scalp massage because of the cooling oil they put. It was a very relaxing feeling. I would definitely book with her again. She was fabulous!

My facial with sunshine was great! She was super sweet and I even added an eye brow and lip wax! She did a great job getting on the black heads on my nose! My face felt super soft and clean!

Overall, I had a great first experience. My totally for a one hour massage, one hour facial, and waxing was $315. That was also including tip! It was a great day and I can't wait to go back and try other services!

I recently used my ClassPass to get a Gua Sha facial by Emma at Hiatus Spa + Retreat and had a wonderful experience!!! The spa itself is beautiful and super relaxing and the team members I spoke with were all very kind. Can't wait to come back in again :)

Fantastic pedicure experience! Cheyenne was very kind and did a great job on my pedicure! The spa is very peaceful and serene, it's great to get a pedicure without harsh acetone scents. I left feeling totally relaxed and pleased!
